Kyle Bugg Is an Opelika native and is the President / co-founder of Equity Investment Mortgage, LLC. After Graduating from Opelika High School in 2009, he earned his degree in Finance from Auburn University in 2013. Upon graduation Kyle began working in the mortgage industry. He is excited to serve the people in his community. Kyle’s promise to his clients is to provide them with extraordinary service during the mortgage process. His goal is to help them have the best mortgage experience possible, no matter their challenges or goals. He prides himself on open communication with all parties involved in the process which helps eliminate stress and allows the customer to get to the closing table as fast as possible.
Away from work, Kyle and his family attend Church of the Highlands in Auburn. He loves spending time with his wife Sidney, his daughter Hadley, his son Brooks, and his dog Flint. He enjoys outdoor activities including golf, hunting, fishing, and supporting Auburn Tiger sports.
Kevin Tudhope is the a native of Auburn, AL and is the operations manager for Equity Investment Mortgage, LLC. Kevin graduated from both Auburn High School in 1991 and Auburn University in 1998 and 2000, he earned his degree in both Management Information Systems and Religion. Kevin is an entrepreneur with over 10+ years in the mortgage industry. Kevin prides himself in having service and open communication with his clients that is second to none. Kevin specifically loves working with first time homebuyers, educating them about the home buying experience and helping fulfill their American dream of home ownership!
Kevin and his family also own and operate several local businesses that include UPS Store franchises and Baumhower’s Victory Grille. In conjunction with EIM and the family businesses Kevin has several annual fund raisers to help The Alabama Sheriff Girls Ranch in Camp Hill AL, a place that provides Christian, family style homes for local girls in need.
Away from work, Kevin and his wife Julie attend Opelika First Baptist Church. He and Julie love to spend time with their four children and 3 grandchildren at the lake, beach or traveling to new places. In his free time, he enjoys golf and all Auburn Sports.
Efe Orgen is a native of Auburn, AL and is a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator for Equity Investment Mortgage, LLC. Efe graduated from Auburn High School in 1999 and Auburn University in 2003 and in 2005, earning his Undergraduate Degree in Environmental Design and his Master’s Degree in Landscape Architecture/Community Planning.
Efe moved back to Auburn in 2019 wanting to help serve his hometown through the mortgage process as well as be able to return home and build relationships within his community. He prides himself on communication and is passionate about finding creative financing solutions for his clients, no matter how unique or complex. By educating and informing his clients on all mortgage matters, Efe strives to make the home-buying process as easy as possible for his clients.
Away from work, Efe enjoys spending time with his daughter Ayla. He enjoys golf, fishing, and all outdoor activities, as well as supporting all Auburn sports.

Garrett Dyas is a mortgage loan officer specializing in all new purchase and refinance needs. Garrett joined Equity Investment Mortgage, LLC (EIM) in the spring of 2023 after 6 years as a mortgage lender for Renasant Bank. Prior to his time in the mortgage industry, Garrett worked as a licensed CPA at Machen McChesney. Garrett’s deep knowledge of the personal finance industry allows him to see the broad picture and assist his clients in identifying the best loan option for each unique situation.
Garrett was born and raised in Auburn, Alabama. He graduated from Auburn University in 2013 with an undergraduate degree in Accounting and in 2014 with a Master of Accountancy (MAcc). He currently resides in Auburn with his wife (Rachael), their son (Rett), and two golden retrievers (Dooley & Winnie). They attend Auburn Community Church. In his spare time, Garrett enjoys playing golf, cheering on the Auburn Tigers, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
